We've just confirmed that the next edition of Everyone's a DJ, which will be our first at Disgraceland, will happen on Saturday, 14 June 2008. Just got off the phone with Disgraceland. They were closed briefly, during a dispute with their landlord. But it's now been resolved, and they're open again.

By the way, since it recently came up: nobody except for the venue makes any money from this night. We don't charge a cover, and we don't get a cut of the bar. When we did the first of these nights, I asked the DJs involved how they felt about a cover, and the general consensus was that it was better to go without a cover than to divide what little money we'd make among sixteen people. So that's what we've done ever since.
Not bragging or nothing. Just letting potential DJs know that a) they ain't gonna get paid, and b) neither is anyone else who doesn't work for the venue.

And the names of those sixteen have just been posted. It's usually a fairly well attended night, though some DJs do bring more people out than others, which is fine. We do plan to keep on going on a monthly basis from this point forward, so I'll be sure to keep everyone posted on future dates. This is indeed the first edition that Disgraceland's hosted - all of our previous nights have been at Tiger Bar.
In the meantime, yeah. This Saturday. Don't miss it.

Speaking of which: I think I need/want someone to start helping out with the admin/promo side of this night. It's growing to a pretty big size, and it'd be cool to keep growing it, but I'm going to need some help in order to do that right.
